Becky Brandon (née Bloomwood) thought that being a mother was a walk ... but it is not, of course. Little Minnie, who is now two years, is nothing short of a hurricane, especially when it comes to the mother in the stores grabbing everything he sees to the cry of "miiiooooo. I wonder why! If our Becky is still taken to exclude the possibility that her daughter is a spoiled child, in reality she is really need a super nanny as that of reality TV. Becky and Luke are still living with her parents and the financial crisis is being felt, forcing Becky to give themselves a rule. All in its own way, however, with neither able to prevent it from organizing (much in economics!) A shocking surprise birthday party for Luke. It is then that things get complicated ...
as I expected I devoured the book, though often I would rather close the absurdity of the events and the conduct of Becky Brandon (née Bloomwood).
I can say that now I'm getting tired of this series? At first I found most innovative and I loved reading the letters I received from Becky financial advisor or whoever else. Now the development of things already outlined: there is one thing to do, Becky is done in four to find a solution, there is a hitch that can obviously be resolved to the sound of lies and nonsense and tada here's the happy ending.
Yes, it's a chick-lit, you would expect? Yet I would have imagined a different book, very different. There is little shopping this time: the financial crisis has arrived in the books.
For me it is becoming more and more hateful, more and more exaggerated, false and increasingly unbearable. I think a girl 29 years, with a daughter of 3, married to the super-cool should grow at a certain time ... Well, I have found even more silly goose. Or maybe I just grew up and I think such behavior is unacceptable? Not to mention the drama of the house ... What nonsense, what nonsense. And then we were missing only when the behavior quite false sos tata ... And I certainly do not talk about Minnie, the mother's own behavior and unbearable in the same way. Becky is not the best person to raise a child, since it is her first.
Cara Kinsella time I've disappointed. Surely there will be a book set in Los Angeles, hopefully for the better.
