Naturacultura first makes an encounter between two cultural realities that operate in central and southern Europe: Marconi Gallery Teknè and Gallery, a meeting that exchanges ideas and develop synergies between different realities, however, who have a common goal, to grow and promote contemporary art.
"Naturacultura is a project that focuses on one of the arguments heard in most contemporary art, the relationship, in fact, between Nature and Culture. Nature must not and can not be considered only in terms of botanical or decorative. Looking at the works on display reveal a crisis situation, a departure from the kind that burns like a wound. The human being must once again be aware that it is part of nature, not outside it or above, can neither control it or change it or end up destroying it.
Naturacultura consists of three groups which are situated in the urban space, together, but independent of each other, as three trees that are left from the same roots for new fruit if they were ideas that grow and nurture new thoughts and this is important for those who have the ambition to make culture. " (Franco Marconi - Marconi Gallery).
As a symbol of the project was chosen the mushroom cloud that has risen in the sky islands of Bikini, a fungus that is not life but death, the mad man trying to control the energies of the world, the emblem a false scientific which led to destruction and suffering, in short, a world that is not in harmony with nature but wants to control and dominate the forces.
